Today we thought we'd have a little bit of fun and we're going to talk about what you should do if you’re looking for paint. If you go to your local hardware store and you're looking to buy paint and all that kind of stuff – what should they do? Larry what do you want them to do here.

A lot of times you hear these commercials about you know buy this paint, get this paint, it's the best brand out there…. It's like 90 dollars a gallon, right? Yeah. Just because it's the most expensive doesn't mean it's the best paint for you. Same thing could be said about mortgages just because the rates you're getting quoted is the lowest rate you're hearing may not be the best value for you.

How Do You Determine Mortgage Rates?

There's a lot of things that go behind the scenes into what a rate is, you need to get your options at something that we do. We try to give everyone two to three different rates to look at and see which one fits their scenario the best.

What if I Already Started Working with Another Lender?
